DGM MAXI GRAVIX Batch Gravimetric Dosing Units

DGM 900 – DGM 1000 – DGM 2000 are the largest dosing units in the range for production up to 12,000 kg/h. The machines have been designed for treating regrind chips and flakes. Free weighing hopper, double effect mixer, combinations up to 9 hoppers for direct dosing provide a comprehensive system that can treat up to 12 components. These models are provided with a supporting frame fitted with fine adjustment fluidified suction probe.

They are equipped with an evolved touch screen interface for an easy and intuitive management of the machine, and recipes storage.

The patented double eyelid shutter device on the hoppers, with 40ms reaction speed, guarantees a high precision for machines of these dimensions. The double-effect mixer guarantees a homogeneous mix. Different applications such as bridge-breaker, automatic sensor cleaning and dosing units for powders are available. The weighing hopper is free from any mechanical interference during the weighing cycle and immunity to vibrations. The GRAVIX weighs each component 100 times per second.

Each machine can employ nine different types of hoppers to obtain the most suitable configurations for any specific requirements and can be easily removeable. The material flow rate and each batch are constantly monitored to ensure consistency.

DGM GRAVIX can be installed directly onto the machine throat, on a frame, the floor or equipped with a special suction tank.

DGM GRAVIX is provided with an ETHERNET port, RS485 port for the MODBUS protocol, and with a USB port for easy upload and download of data.

DGM GRAVIX is MOWIS ready.
